Credit card

Customer service is very excellent and information are useful. Thank you for your cooperation. This credit card is best to compare other credit card.

Go elsewhere! Beware!

Zero customer services- fees for days - no loyalty for members. Annual fees no matter what and good luck with their phone!

Terrible Customer Service..

Terrible Customer Service... These folks do not provide any options for contact except US MAIL or Phone. Every time I call them, I get Call Center in Manila or Central America. And those folks cannot connect me to someone in the United States. Capitol One does not provide any Secure Messaging option to their customers, like most of the other banks do in this Century. So be prepared to recite all your personal information over the phone. Call Center claims no other way to verify ID, unless you wish to wait for the US MAIL. The cheap labor means more to Capitol One than service to their Customers.

Look people these people are crooks and…

Look people these people are crooks and they wont give credit increases so everyone just stop doing business with them!! Everyone must learn to stick together and not just complain but close there accounts!! People must learn to stick together when these crooked companies treat you bad and give you bad service!! I will be closing my account you please do the same!!

Not a card for consistent growth

Capital One is trash I've had this card for 1yr 10 days; yes this card is only good for building you credit and when I was first approved for this card my credit score was an awful 440 (1 yr ago) now my score has jumped to 680 which is considered fair. Today I requested a credit increase and was denied reason being "their reviewing all accounts carefully that are requesting credit increases. What the f does that even mean? This entire time I've been set to auto payments (obviously I'm never late) and my payments are always triple of what the minimum is; but I was denied. This bank is a complete joke don't waste your time.

Flagged and frozen

I didn't originally have an issue with Capital One. I actually liked their card. Then they started flagging my card for suspicious activity every time I used it. Then wouldn't unfreeze the card when I asked. I know they're purposely targeting low income people. You're not gonna tell me they aren't.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Employees work so slow ???? in 15 min the line did not move. Only three customers inside, but an employee at the doors did not let us come in.

This review reflects my 10 years using…

This review reflects my 10 years using CO credit cards. Whenever I have had an issue I have been able to quickly talk to a English speaking rep that was experienced, courteous, and I was informed multiple times CO doesn't have quotas for agents so they can talk to a customer as long as the customer needs them.
My experience has pretty much always been excellent. When I have had concerns I felt they were addressed in a way that made me feel valuable to the company.
I spent $200k-400k a year on credit cards and most of the companies out there are just terrible to work with. Having a company that at least trains their reps to be respectful and try to make customers feel heard goes miles with me.

Poor Capital One customer service

They will not stop sending my wife and I sales emails. For 3 months I have tried everything. Their emails don't have an unsubscribe ability.

Shocking tbh.....filled in all relevant…

Shocking tbh.....filled in all relevant forms was.informed i would get 1.500 credit limit at 34.9% apr.....so continued to process my application...when i signed at the end it says thanks for joining and welcome your card with 750 credit limit will be with you shortly....rang them up and asked why and they said they did there checks and that is all i am entitled to....fair enough.but why say i have been accepted for 1.500 credit limit to then totally reneg on there offer????? Thought these could really help me out,as i need a car for work but sadly they ate full of bull.....if they had just of said at ghe begining of applicatoon that the 1.500 credit limit might get changed i wouldnt of wasted my time and effort.thankyou for nothing .

I have had capital one credits cards…

I have had capital one credits cards for over 5 years. Never been late on a payment and they have even offered me another credit card and a car loan for $38k. Suddenly today I find out after calling them, because I was having an issue buying gas, that they have closed all my capital one accounts including my walmart card due to some "derogatory" information they found out not even on my credit report!! If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst company ever.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Capital One or Capital Offense??

Been a customer for over 15 years. Within the last 6 months my card has gotten hacked three times and replaced each time. This last card was only used four times. Once on Amazon, then deleted after the order processed, twice at Harbor Freight at the checkout, and once online with a secure encryption. So, for 14 years I had ZERO problems. When I saw the fraudulent charge and called, EVERY person I talked to had a Middle Eastern accent. Some were barely understandable and some were downright RUDE. They all treated me like I was at fault for this problem. Have you ever had a person with a foreign accent practically accuse you, the VICTIM, of being at fault?? Then, told to send proof (photo ID) of who I am to get a replacement card?? Capital nONE can stuff their card!!! Stay away from this bogus, useless, loser company. Hire American workers that can speak and understand English...... and American values.
